Our Story
In the bustling city of San Francisco, former colleagues Karn and Mani felt that the corporate world's approach to talent management is not holistic enough. Karn, an organizational development expert, and Mani, a seasoned technologist, saw a need for a more integrated and human-centric approach.
Their vision took shape over lunch at a tech conference. Karn saw opportunity in the disconnect between employees and technology, while Mani was concerned about AI being seen as a threat. They envisioned a company that combined state-of-the-art AI & technology tools with human skill enhancement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Pooling their resources, they transformed Mani’s apartment into the headquarters of Vramha. Their mission was to help organizations integrate AI & Technology for Talent Transformation. Their first success came with a mid-sized financial services company struggling with keeping up with the Industry changes. Vramha system advisory and training programs helped reskilling of its critical employees bringing in employee satisfaction as well as business enhancement within six months.
Vramha consolidated this initial success to soon partner with diverse organizations, offering solutions that blended technology and human potential. Vramha is fast growing fast into becoming a leader in talent transformation, proving that with innovation and empathy, workplaces can be both efficient and fulfilling.
